TUITION

For all ages, tuition is $235/week per child. We accept state vouchers, such as Smart Steps and Families First. Information about eligibility for financial aid can be found through Department of Human Services.

ELIGIBILITY

We accept children ages 12 months to 5 years of age. Must be able to provide updated immunization records from the State of Tennessee. Out-of-state records can be transcribed at The Department of Health. We also accept signed religious exemptions.

WHAT WE PROVIDE AND WHAT TO BRING

WE PROVIDE... Cot, sheet and blanket, which we wash weekly. If you provide blankets from home, it is your responsibility to take them home once a week to wash and bring back. Simple A.M. and P.M. snacks, such as granola bars, yogurt, goldfish and fruit gummies. Any visits and guests to the center are free for all enrolled families.
YOU BRING... 2-3 sets of clothes, 2 pair of shoes Diapers, pull-ups, baby wipes, creams Bottle for water that can be closed (we have access to water if they need a refill) Lunch in an insulated lunch box with ice pack for food items

HOW WE STAY CONNECTED AND SAFE

ProCare Parent Engagement Once your child is enrolled and we have logged your contact email, an invite will be sent out from ProCare Parent Engagement. Set up an account according to instructions. This is where you will find daily updates about your child, and it's also where you can communicate with the classroom teachers, assistant director and director. No need to give your personal phone number to anyone, and you can quickly access information about your child's day.
24/7 Camera Surveillance Kids Clubhouse have cameras in each classroom, closely monitored by director, assistant director and the owner. We do not offer live feed to parents due to liability reasons, but will always provide footage on demand if accidents occur. Cameras are checked throughout the day and at the end of every shift to make sure safety has properly been maintained. We follow DHS requirements for safety and maintenance to give both students, families and staff the safest and best quality care possible.
